Rebecca Dunn

Accommodation Service Manager

With a BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies and a strong foundation in safeguarding and operational leadership, Rebecca brings a compassionate and strategic approach to her role as Accommodation Service Manager at My CWA. Since joining the organisation in 2019, she has developed deep expertise in trauma-informed care and holistic service delivery, stepping into a specialised role within the accommodation team in 2020.

Currently overseeing 15 dispersed refuge accommodations and a multiple occupancy refuge for young people, Rebecca leads with a clear vision for inclusive, person-centred support. Under her guidance, My CWA remains one of only 5% of refuges nationwide that welcome pets, removing a critical barrier for individuals seeking safety and support.

Her professional development includes a Gateway Facilitation Qualification, Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) certification, a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Operations Management, and Level 3 Safeguarding Adults training tailored for Managers and Designated Safeguarding Leads. These credentials highlight her commitment to delivering high-quality, responsive services that meet the complex needs of survivors.

Rebecca is a passionate advocate for the charity and the clients her team supports. She continues to lead her team with integrity, innovation, and unwavering dedication to our clients impacted by domestic abuse.
