Specialist Services Team Lead
Trish has been with My CWA since 2021 and currently serves as the Specialist Services Expert Lead. In this role, she manages a team of five keyworkers, overseeing the allocation of clients across four local authorities, and providing direct support to individuals recovering from or fleeing domestic abuse. She also handles a personal caseload, ensuring tailored support for each client.
Before this position, Trish was the Amplified Voice Lead and Specialist Services Team Lead, where she acted as the clients' advocate with external agencies across Cheshire East. Her role involved addressing issues related to housing, social care, and the police, and facilitating weekly Peer Support lounges for victims of domestic abuse. These sessions provided a safe space for discussing various topics and engaging with guest speakers from relevant agencies.
Trish is trained in Safe and Together, holds a Higher Diploma and has completed RYPP and DA Matters train-the-trainer courses. Trish is currently completing an Operations Management level 5 apprenticeship. Trish has 23 years of experience in working across criminal justice services, where she has supported victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse and managed safeguarding risks.
